What is your return policy?

Due to strict federal regulations, as well as sanitary and health concerns, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on the following items: panties, bodysuits, hosiery that has been opened, or any other intimately worn apparel that has a panty, thong, or g-string included. Please make careful selection when choosing one of these items.If you need assistance with sizing or any other ordering questions, please contact us prior to placing your order. If you need to return jewelry, accessories, or shoes, we can gladly except these back.    

We accept returns of the approved items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. All returns are provided with credit, minus shipping and handling charges, in the form of an E-Gift Certificate sent via e-mail.  You simply fill out a return and exchange form and send to the address provided to you by La Belle Amour Lingerie. Please e-mail us at info@labelleamourlingerie.com for authorization. Just provide the item information you would like to return and we will gladly send you the return and exchange form, as well as the shipping address.   

Once the item is received your account will be credited and an E-Gift Certificate will be sent. Items returned without a receipt are subject to the lowest price marked for E-Gift Certificate credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Also, please consider sending your package via a traceable and trackable method.

 

How do I purchase an E-gift certificate?

E-gift certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. Simply click on the "Gift Certificates" link under "Ship By Category". You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the E-gift certificate will be added to your own personal E-Gift certificate Account. If you have funds in your E-Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the E-gift certificate to someone via email. 

 

How do I send an E-gift certificate?

To send an E-gift certificate that you have purchased, you need to go to our "Send E-Gift Certificate" page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send an E-gift certificate, you need to specify the following:

The name of the person you are sending the E-gift certificate to.
The email address of the person you are sending the E-gift certificate to.
The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your E-Gift Certificate Account.)
A short message which will appear in the e-mail.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent. 

 

I received an E-gift certificate. How can I redeem it?

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. You will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store

 

How do I buy with my E-gift certificate? 

If you have funds in your E-Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your E-Gift Certificate Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your E-Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your E-Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you E-Gift Certificate Account for the future. 

 

How do I set up a lingerie registry?

To set up a registry, simply browse the boutique and select the items that you wish to add to the registry. Then click to enlarge the picture (it will pop up on the right side of the screen) and there will be an option "lingerie registry" to click on. Once you click on it, you can choose to select it and add to your registry. 

 

How can I change, add, or delete an item on my lingerie registry?

To change, add, or delete an item on the registry by simply clicking on any item in the boutique. Next click on the option "lingerie registry". This will take you to your registry and you can make the necessary adjustments.   

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

 

 

Why do I only have to pay taxes in Texas?

Because La Belle Amour Lingerie, LLC is owned and operated out of Texas we are required by Federal law to charge taxes to those purchasing items in Texas. Please refer to the following link for additional information: http://www.window.state.tx.us/

 

 

How do I calculate shipping and handling for my order?

Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of your order prior to any special discounts or promotions. Sales tax are not included in the dollar amount used to calculate shipping and handling charges. How can I subscribe to the e-mail list for tips and special promotions?

You can join 2 different ways:

1. Click on the link at the top of the page "Join Newsletter" 

2. Click on the "Celebrity Secrets" tab at the top of the page. It will take you to a page with a link at the very bottom. That page will allow you to sign up, as well as give you a 30% discount on your entire lingerie purchase that can be used immediately.

 

How can I unsubscribe for receiving La Belle Amour Lingerie, LLC e-mails?

When you receive an e-mail from us, simply click the link at the bottom of the e-mail that offers you the option to unsubscribe. 

 

How can I find sizing information?

What if I forget my user name or password?

If you forget your user name or password you can click on the "My Account" under Customer Service and there will be an option for "Password Forgotten?".

 

How long does it take my order to ship?

Apparel orders are shipped within 1-2 days after they are placed. Most standard mail takes 7-10 days to be delivered.
